Urvi Panchal is a registered physiotherapist who can help you claim back your strength, mobility, and freedom. Offering private and personalized treatments, Urvi is ready to give you the tools you need to manage and overcome your injury, chronic pain, arthritis, or neurological condition.
Urvi holds a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from India’s Sardar Patel University. She started her career working at multiple gyms where she implemented exercise programs and physiotherapy treatments for members. After, she joined a community health center. During her time there, she helped countless patients overcome a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She also worked alongside an orthopaedic surgeon by providing post-operative physiotherapy for patients with total knee replacements. Since coming to Canada, Urvi has been working in the private sector treating patients suffering from whiplash, work-related injuries, and musculoskeletal diseases.
She is dedicated to giving you the best care possible, which is why she’s constantly upgrading her skills. She recently became certified in dry needling, an effective technique used to release trigger points and relieve muscle pain. Continuing education courses on manipulation, kinesio taping, soft tissue release, and pelvic floor health are next on her agenda. Her interests lie in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal, and pelvic floor health.
When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll most likely find Urvi biking through the city, hiking along Vancouver’s many scenic trails, or relaxing with a good book.
Urvi is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. She is also proficient in Punjabi.
