WHAT IS DRY NEEDLING?
Dry needling, also known as IMS, is a fast, effective and scientifically proven solution for pain relief. It uses a thin needle to immediately release muscle knots and tension. The procedure is usually painless. It’s not the same as acupuncture as only one needle is used to briefly stimulate the muscle.
